Our services include, but are not limited to: providing information and guidance regarding Indonesian visa requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation; assisting with the preparation and review of visa application forms and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness; facilitating the submission of visa applications to the relevant Indonesian authorities on your behalf, where permissible and agreed upon; liaising with Indonesian immigration authorities or other relevant governmental bodies to track application status and address queries; and offering translation services for required documents, if specified in our service package.

Important Disclaimer: Bali Visum Deutsch acts solely as a consultant and facilitator. We do not issue visas, nor do we have the authority to influence the outcome of any visa application. The final decision regarding the approval or denial of a visa, the type of visa granted, and the duration of stay rests solely with the Indonesian government, its immigration authorities, or diplomatic missions. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application, and any processing times provided are estimates based on our experience and current information, which are subject to change by the authorities without prior notice. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information to us or the authorities may lead to visa denial and other legal consequences, for which we bear no responsibility.

3. Fees and Payment — Our fees for consulting and facilitation services will be clearly communicated to you through our website, a written quote, or an invoice. These fees are separate from and do not include any government-mandated visa application fees, processing fees, levies, or other charges imposed by the Indonesian authorities. You are responsible for all such government fees, which may be subject to change without notice by the authorities. Payment for our services is typically required upfront or as per the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. All payments must be made in the currency specified (e.g. IDR, EUR, USD). Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or suspension of our services.

4. Refund Policy — Our commitment to client satisfaction is paramount. However, due to the nature of visa consulting and the involvement of government processing, specific refund conditions apply. Generally, service fees are non-refundable once our service provision has commenced, particularly if documents have been processed or submitted to authorities. Government fees are typically non-refundable by the authorities, irrespective of the visa outcome. Denial of a visa by the Indonesian government does not automatically qualify you for a refund of our service fees.

5. Limitation of Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bali Visum Deutsch, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to use, our website and services.
